This applies to orders and / or grand prizes. Promotions of free shipping will not apply to international orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS RESPONSIBILITY
International orders. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect content upon receiving. If content is missing, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim or complaint with the involved parties, such as local post office, customs, etc. We encourage the buyer to make copies of the communication (claims, complaints, etc) and provide us with copies. With your permission (verbal or written), we will utilize these documents to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please understand that claims will not be submitted without the proper document to substantiate a complaint. Failure to provide us with proper documentation will be considered a waiver for refund or re-shipment.

Store promotions (store credit, store discounts and coupons) are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, are not for resale and may not be replaced if lost or stolen. They cannot be applied to orders already placed. The cash value for store promotions are 1/10th of one cent.
If a coupon is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in your order, you will be refunded the actual amount paid and your coupon will no longer be valid. If a coupon is used and only part of your order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return only some of the items in your order, a partial coupon discount will still be applied to the remaining item(s) that are processed. Heavy Cover reserves the right to discontinue store promotions at any time.
Certain promotions will apply to orders shipped to US destinations only.
Titanium US GI Style Mess Kit and / or Titanium Canteen Cap are expected to deliver in December 2013. Although we will make efforts to begin delivering pre-order product as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule.
Heavy Cover reserves the rights to stop taking pre-orders at any time to avoid exceeding quantity thresholds or as it deems appropriate.
Heavy Cover will process and complete the orders according to the order in which payment of the Pre-Order is received. You may not switch position with other persons on the pre-order list. If you cancel or forfeit your pre-order in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, your position will be taken by the next person on the pre-order list. Heavy Cover anticipates that the delivery of the Titanium US GI Style Mess Kit and / or the Titanium US GI Canteen Cap will begin during December 2013. Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Titanium US GI Style Mess Kit and / or the Titanium US GI Canteen Cap as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Titanium US GI Style Mess Kit and / or the Titanium US GI Canteen Cap, you may cancel your pre-order as subject to a 15% processing fee.
International Orders may be subject to a additional shipping fee on pre-orders if other items are ordered and shipped before the pre-ordered product is available. Please answer the question by the Add to Cart. If you purchase other items along with pre-order items and require to have the non pre-order items shipped immediately, there will be an additional shipping fee. To also avoid this, you may place 2 orders, 1 with your pre-order items and the other with your items to be shipped immediately.
The Pre-Sale Titanium US GI Style Mess Kit Grand Prize: you are not charged for entering for the grand prize and it is not a contest. You are automatically entered by only pre-ordering and paying for the Heavy Cover Titanium Canteen Mess Kit. If you wish to forfeit from the grand prize (i.e. your resident state laws, etc), please let us know via email. Certain items in the grand prize are subject to international shipping restriction. If a winner is outside of the United States, we will contact the winner to discuss the substitution of the items that have shipping restrictions.
In order for a return to be process and for HEAVY COVER® INC to consider a refund, we require that the item be in its unopened package and be properly documented. Contact us before returning items. We will not issue refunds without an issued return number. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by HEAVY COVER®, INC within 15 days of delivery for a refund*. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund*. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. You may keep free gifts and gifts with purchase, but we will charge your account for the full value of the gift.Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or USPS or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
*There is a restocking fee of $10 for exchanged or refunded items due to wrong product ordered or if you no longer want an item due to reasons beyond HEAVY COVER® INC's control. Shipping will not be refunded. This does not apply if the return is a result of our error.
We sometimes provide you with a tracking number. If USPS or UPS holds it for you to pick up at your local USPS or UPS office, it is your responsibility to pick up the order. If you decide you no longer want the order due to reasons beyond HEAVY COVER® INC's control, it is your responsibility to contact us and adhere to our return policy. There is also a $15 fee for refused orders or those that are returned as 'undeliverable.' Please ensure the shipping information you have provided is correct and complete upon placing your order to avoid this fee. If you do not communicate with us and if you request a refund, we will charge you the bank or merchant provider's chargeback fees as these were beyond our control.
We appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review and a maximum returns per rolling year/365 day period are allowed per customer, after which they will no longer be able to return items. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
If you need the order to be delivered to another address after it has been delivered, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping provider and arrange such re-delivery. This type of request is beyond our control once shipped and definitely when it has been delivered.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.
