Bulk Orders/Quantity Discounts
Please contact us for large shipments (51 items or more). You may submit your request at info@HeavyCoverInc.com or call (480) 358-7087. We will contact you within 24 hours to process your order.

We appreciate your follow-up: if we haven't replied within 24 hours (due to unforeseen reasons).

Shipping Timeline

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday.

*Rush Delivery (usually ships with UPS Next Day Air)

Once the order ships, the shipment will arrive by end of next business day. (48 contiguous states)

*Alaska, Hawaii, AFO, APO - please select either the Standard or Express shipment method, If you select Rush Delivery - once the shipment is processed it will default to the most beneficial method for the shipment for the price paid. If you require expedited service, please contact us so we may quote you and expedite your order through UPS or FedEx.

Express Shipping
Once he order ships, the shipment will arrive within 2 to 5 business days to most domestic destinations.

Standard Shipping
Once he order ships, the shipment will arrive within 2 to 7 business days to most domestic destinations.

International Orders
Please contact us so we may quote your shipping and expedite your order. You may email us at info@HeavyCoverInc.com to discuss international ordering options.

Return Policy

In order for a return to be process and for HEAVY COVER INC to issue a refund, we require the return to be properly documented. Contact us before returning items. We will not issue refunds without an issued return number. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by HEAVY COVER, INC within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
