Shipping Timeline

Most orders ship Wednesday and Thursday if placed on or before 6pm CST the day before.

*Rush Delivery (usually ships with UPS Next Day Air)

*International Orders - please select the International shipment method. If you select any other shipping method - once the shipment is processed it will default to the most efficient method of shipment for the price paid. If you require expedited service, please contact us so we may quote you and expedite your order through UPS or FedEx. Applicable duties and tariff fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your customs agency to verify applicable fees. Knife products are only shipped within the United States due to potential custom issues.

Express Shipping
Once he order ships, the shipment will arrive within 2 to 5 business days to most domestic destinations.

Standard Shipping
Once he order ships, the shipment will arrive within 2 to 7 business days to most domestic destinations.

Return Policy

In order for a return to be process and for HEAVY COVER® INC to issue a refund, we require the return to be properly documented. Contact us before returning items. We will not issue refunds without an issued return number. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by HEAVY COVER®, INC within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please review your shopping cart before submitting your order to make sure that you are purchasing your desired product. There is a restocking fee of $2.75 for refunded orders due to wrong product ordered. There is no restocking fee for other type of errors.
