Invoice Terms
Orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). If payment is made with a check we will ship order upon posting of check (please allow 3 weeks processing time for orders paid with check).
Shipping
Retailers are responsible for shipping charges. Standard shipping is USPS with delivery confirmation. Provide us wiht your UPS or FedEx account information if you prefer this shipping method. Average order fulfillment time is 2-3 days for stocked items and TBD for items on backup orders. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an order/shipping confirmation via e-mail.
MAPP Pricing
MAPP Prices became part of our policy in 2011 and will be reflected on our latest quote. We reserve the rights to update the MAPP Pricing on a periodic basis. When an order is placed, the buyer has agreed to the MAPP Pricing terms. We reserve the right to end our buyer-vendor agreement if these terms are not respected.
International Wholesale Orders
International orders are to be paid via bank transfers. Applicable duties, fees and tariff are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your customs agency to verify the required documentation and applicable fees.
