Heavy duty, long spoon and fork
Posted by Scott Engh on 18th Nov 2019
Real long to reach to bottom of freeze dried pouches. Around 50 % thicker than competition. Have seen reviews where it was used to dig cat holes. Am sure they are strong enough. Probably stronger than my trowel, and still going to use my trowel.

Chris Regan Knows His Gear
Posted by Colleen Tillett on 15th Jul 2019
I absolutely love my sporks by Heavy Cover. I carry two in my purse, and two in my bug out bag. Such care and detail went into these sporks.
They are smooth and light, strong, as titanium should be, and just the right size for any hand to hold.
These are a treasure for anyone's pack.

Best Spork on the market!
Posted by Eric R. on 2nd Dec 2018
This Spork was the 5th or 6th I bought, and the 2nd titanium Spork. This Spork is part of my work lunchbox EDC! I use it everyday and it is the best I have ever owned. I needed another so I can cycle thru the wash more.

Perfect product

It's light, durable, and packs easily. For the price, literally nothing beats it. I have recommended this to friends and family, and will happily replace mine if/when I need to.

I’m a man of few words, so, if your looking for heavy duty, high quality gear, this is the tool for you. I own 8 of these..... if the quality wouldn’t have been there, I would have stopped after the first one. No Regrets!! -Stephen, Ohio

I LIKE MY HC Ti SPOON & FORK
Posted by James Kuhn on 4th Feb 2018
My HC Ti Spoon & Fork Combo arrived safe and sound. First, a Ti Spoon & Fork is a luxury. If, I weren't replacing camping equipment I've sold, lost, or given away over the years I probably would have just 'made do'.
Titaneum is not cheap. It's difficult to Mine and machine and it's rareity as a metal (9th in the world) also comes into play. The HC Spoon & Fork Combo is long enough (8-3/8") and the spoon large enough (1-1/8" W x 2-1/4" L) to perform stirring and eating duties with no problems. The length is one of the reasons I purchased the HC Spork. I saw 'IA Woodsman' video when the HC Ti Spoon & Fork Combo was first introduced and agreed with his assessment. I think it's important to note the geometry of the Spoon is correct for eating and scooping. Some 'Spork/Spoon & Fork Combos' just add a straight 'spoon' to the one end of the Spork almost as an afterthought. Not so, with the HC Ti Spork. I used it this morning to stir my Tea and have been using it just about exclusively to eat with. Much to the consternation of my 'Better-Half'. She locked her heels up when I brought it to the restaurants.
Wow! Ti does transfer heat very well. Smiles. I'm not sure how effective the Hex Nut cut-outs will work? And, these days a Bottle Opener is sort of an anachronism, but again, it's there if I need it. I think using the 'Bottle-Cap Opener' to 'hang' the Spork on the cooking Pot/Cup/branch, etc. is a more practical use for the Bottle-Cap Opener.
Workmanship is excellent. All sharp edges are chamfered and the Ti itself is a good thickness. While it does flex, it doesn't bend. I'm sure I could bend it if I set my mind to it, but in normal use, not an issue.
HC Spoon & Fork Combo also makes an excellent hot Pot lid-lifter. And, I see no reason why it can't pick-up hot charcoal embers and transfer it to the top of a Makeshift Trail Oven. And finally, it will skewer a Mashmellow and hold it over the flame for perfect roasting. :) I believe the HC Spoon & Fork Combo is a pretty versitile piece of kit.
Overall, I'm pleased. I already have HC Ti Canteen Kit and am pleased with it also.
Best wishes,
J.L. Kuhn

Outstanding spork. Combines the best of both worlds well with The practicality of Titanium.

What I’ve been looking for!!
Posted by Joe D on 5th Jan 2018
I first bought a titanium spork from REI (Really Expensive Ingredients) and thought my bushcrafting kit was about complete - I was even showing off my REI spork. Then I eyed the Heavy Cover spork on a bushcraft video. THATS THE ONE! I went ahead and ordered it, and I am so glad I did. It’s not the midget afterthought like the REI one. I’m even thinking of buying another one just to have it to look at. It’s that nice. Don’t look at another one anywhere else - seriously. If you buy some other brand or at a place like REI, prepare to be disappointed. Thank you. I’ll certainly be shopping at Heavy Cover from here on out.

very strong and tough

Long enough to cook with, built better than the many others I have used. This will be with me always, at home and in the field!
