Worth the wait
Posted by Unknown on 18th Apr 2022
I have been eyeing this thing for a minute and I can say without a doubt I wish I’d pulled the trigger sooner. Super light weight, feels like it can take a beating I was stoked every time I took a drink from it on our trip. If you’re looking to cut weight from your pack this is the drinking vessel for you.

When it’s so good you gotta buy a second one
Posted by Dwayne Unger on 21st Feb 2022
Well, to be honest I was a dumbass and did exactly what I’ve warned students about over the years. Never leave this in your vehicle with water in it in freezing temps! I recently moved and my HC canteen was left like a red headed stepchild on the back seat of my truck under some other gear. Completely forgot it was left there until I went for it a few days later and found it, still full but frozen, and a small split in the seam. Not a manufacturing issue, because this WILL happen every time! I’ve warned so manny people not to do this very thing. Anyhow, these aren’t cheap, but worth every penny, so needless to say I ordered a replacement at that very moment. Glad to have this back in my kit. Rest assured, I won’t make the same mistake twice!

The absolute best canteen kit period.
Posted by John on 1st Dec 2021
These canteen kits are absolutely the best you can own. Yes a bit expensive but worth the price long run. I now own 4. Will last forever, you get a canteen with cap, a cup, and a lid for the cup. You can not go wrong with these period. They are sized closely to the usgi ones so using any of the pouches works. Only thing I wish is they would produce a stove for it that nests also maybe a usgi version for airflow but a little taller for use with esbit, or even trangia alcohol burners under. Hint Hint Heavy Cover.

Saves weight and space

My goal was to shave weight where I can so I replaced my steel gear with titanium. The shape of the usgi canteen is definitely more packable than my 1 liter cylinder bottle. Also, with threads being on the inside of the canteen, your mouth doesn’t come in contact with the threads, which is more sanitary overall.

I really like the titanium set. It's lightweight and durable and worth the money.

Fantastic canteen and cup kit!

Durable, extremely lightweight, and fits perfectly in a French GI surplus canteen pouch. I should have bought one two years ago. Replaced my mess kit with this: can’t beat titanium

Well made, looks and feels great, it's the perfect canteen kit for bushcraft and camping if you're like me an want to avoid all that nasty plastic that you can't even boil over a flame. Well now I can and titanium makes said boiling a bit easier! Thanks Heavy Cover!

Very light and durable

It is very light, very durable, great item to have in a bag or anything, can boil, cook, carry water, and it will last forever if taken care of. Giving 5 starts because money aside it deserves it.

A awesome piece of kit. Yes it’s a little pricey but it is very lightweight. Wish I had purchased sooner
